Baby Loss Awareness Week is held annually from 9 to 15 October, being a special opportunity to mark the lives of babies lost in pregnancy or at or soon after birth.  It’s an opportunity for bereaved parents, family members and friends to commemorate the all-too-brief lives of their babies and pregnancies, knowing that thousands of other families around the world understand how they feel and will be doing the same. The week also presents the chance for people to talk openly about the subject of and raise awareness of baby loss and pregnancy loss.

For those of you living through this experience I hold you in my heart. To mark this week the Myleene Klass: Miscarriage and Me documentary, a powerful one-off documentary with broadcaster and musician Myleene Klass who opens up on the trauma of her miscarriages, that I am featured in, will be aired at 9pm on Thursday 14th October.
