The Echoes of the Mother: Becoming the Mother We Needed

Mother’s Day can stir something unexpected.
For some women, it brings joy.
For others, it carries longing, grief, silence, or complicated questions about identity and belonging.
This Healing Hearts Circle is a gentle, facilitated online space for women who are navigating the emotional echoes of motherhood — whether through involuntary childlessness, fertility journeys, loss, estrangement, choice, or experiences that never quite found language.
Together, we will pause.
We will reflect on the stories we inherited about motherhood — and the stories we are still writing.
We will explore what it means to become the mother we needed: offering ourselves compassion, steadiness, and care in places that once felt tender or unseen.
This is not a space for fixing.
It is a space for witnessing.
For honesty.
For softening into the women we have become.
What you can expect:
- A professionally facilitated 90-minute online circle
- Gentle reflective prompts
- Space for sharing (always optional)
- A supportive, confidential environment
- A closing ritual to help you leave grounded and held
You do not need to have the “right” words.
You do not need to arrive feeling certain.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
If something in you recognises this invitation, trust that.
