The Women We’ve Become is a 90-minute Healing Hearts Circle created for this moment after the festive season, when the world exhales and we finally have permission to feel.

Together, we honour what December brought up, release what’s heavy, and reconnect with the strength and wisdom we carry.

The Healing Hearts Circle is a gentle, reflective online gathering for women living without children, where motherhood was longed for but not realised.

This is a space for what often goes unseen and unspoken. For the grief that doesn’t always have words. For the moments when you appear to be coping, while carrying something tender beneath.

There will be guided reflection, shared witnessing, and space for silence. Nothing to fix. No advice to give or receive. Just a place where your truth can be spoken, heard, or simply held.

You are welcome exactly as you are. Sharing is always by choice, and everything offered in the circle is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality.

January can carry its own weight. After the intensity of Christmas, what we’ve been holding can surface quietly, catching us off guard. This circle offers a gentle place to land, to be met, and to begin the year feeling a little less alone.
