a public speaker, author, activist, Gateway Women Reignite facilitator, Ambassador for World Childless Week, photographer, and an all-round badass, adventurous woman who lives for new experiences.
As a trained facilitator, psychodynamic therapist, and graduate of Gateway Women’s Plan B Mentorship Programme, I create and hold workshops, retreats, healing circles, and transformative conversations that turn silence into connection and grief into collective healing.
My journey has led me to meet incredible women at different stages of their grief, and it has been a true privilege to witness their stories. So welcome to my blog, to my world, and to this unfolding journey of living a rich, connected, soul-fed, fulfilling life without children.
