The Women We\u2019ve Become is a 90-minute Healing Hearts Circle created for this moment after the festive season, when the world exhales and we finally have permission to feel.<\/p>\n
Together, we honour what December brought up, release what\u2019s heavy, and reconnect with the strength and wisdom we carry.<\/p>\n

For the grief that doesn\u2019t always have words. For the moments when you appear to be coping, while carrying something tender beneath.<\/p>\n There will be guided reflection, shared witnessing, and space for silence. Nothing to fix. No advice to give or receive. Just a place where your truth can be spoken, heard, or simply held.<\/p>\n You are welcome exactly as you are. Sharing is always by choice, and everything offered in the circle is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality.<\/p>\n January can carry its own weight.<\/strong>\u00a0After the intensity of Christmas, what we\u2019ve been holding can surface quietly, catching us off guard.
